Financial Information

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.  Your estimated co-pays are due at the time of service.

Our practice accepts AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash or checks.  We work with Care Credit offering SAC options on approved credit. 

We are preferred providers for all Delta Plans (not DeltaCare or Willamette), GEHA, Cigna, Regence, Premera, and Guardian.  All others we can bill and they will pay on a usual and customary basis. 

For our patient's without insurance we offer a dental membership plan.

Our front office staff are always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
